Nutritional consult with Donna Lorenz (30 mins)
The aim of these consults is to help you to complement your dog’s diet and veterinary care with appropriate nutrition and natural medicines to boost their health.
As we know, time is precious. Please pay for your consult at least 24 hours prior to confirm your timeslot. Any consults not paid for at 24 hours will be released. Cancellations within 24-6 hours of the consult time are 50% refundable, those cancelled within 6 hours of consult time are non-refundable.
To ensure you are able to make the most of your time with Donna please complete the Health and Wellness form for your dog to the best of your ability. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just the best that you know. You can find the form here. Thanks!
